While Sulo used the first five minutes of searching by running around like a headless chicken, Jalo has emptied the search area of all there is to find. :) [Generally there are five or so birds in the area. -Ed]

Good boy, Jalo! (Does he work mostly by scent or sight? Does he have to retrieve the birds one at a time?)
@Robin: Jalo uses both quite well. As a true flatcoat, he's a bit too fast for his nose so he needs to use his sight as well. And yes, he is supposed to retrieve the birds one at a time. When working with bumpers, sometimes mistakes occur and more than one bumper will be returned at a time.
