Ramin Miraftabi
Ramin is a thirty-something (aargh) software developer and paid on-call firefighter. He dreams of completing his PhD sometime in the future and is an active web developer in his free time. He has been a Linux user, XML enthusiast, and Open Source and Web standards advocate for quite some time. He enjoys (as odd as it seems) his work as a call firefighter, but don’t ask him why as he doesn’t know.
All of his free time he loves to spend with Anna, his lovely wife, and their boys. He guards his free time with vengence – no excess overtime for him. He enjoys reading, photography, and working on the occasional model or miniature.
